If you have not received a notification from us, it likely means you purchased your tickets through a third-party vendor. If this is the case, you will need to contact the business you purchased them from directly to request your refund.
For future shows, please always remember to purchase tickets securely through our official website or Etix.com. Tickets are far less expensive when purchased directly through us, and it ensures we have your contact information so we can notify you immediately if a schedule change like this occurs.
Third-party ticket resellers are becoming a serious problem for us and other live entertainment venues. Many of these sites claim to have tickets to our shows, but in reality, they take your money and personal information, and then purchase the tickets from our site (and keep the difference in price). We are unable to tell if it’s someone purchasing tickets to see the show or just to make money reselling.
