By purchasing tickets you agree to the following conditions;

All sales are final and there are no refunds unless the event is canceled.

There are also no transfers or exchanges and ticket resales are not permited.

Tickets can only be purchased through The Comedy & Magic Club and eTix. The person who purchased the tickets must be present the night of the show.

There is also a two-item minimum purchase per person inside the showroom. This can be any combination of food and/or drinks.

We are a strict 18 and over club and a valid state issued photo ID card is required to enter the club. There are no exceptions to this rule. Digital, School, and photos of your ID are not acceptable.

Seating is first-come / first-seated. At least half your party must be present to be seated. Once you’re seated you must remain in the club to hold your seats. The tables at the stage are only for separate parties of 2.

The club and/or it’s personnel are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.

We reserve the right to refuse entrance to anyone we feel will cause a distraction in the club.

No. At present you can only purchase tickets online. To enter you can either show us the tickets on your phone, print the tickets out, or you can show your ID and matching credit card (the one you used to purchase the tickets with) at the door and we will match your name to our guest list.

Yes. You can purchase Gift Cards in person or call our office (310) 372-1193. Our office hours are Thursday through Sunday 3PM-9PM. Our Gift Cards can be used to purchase tickets on our website and food and/or drinks in the club.

Or e-mail us at giftcard@cmc1018.com and leave your name and phone number. A customer assistant will reach out to you during our business hours on Thursday and Friday between 10AM-5PM to process your order. (Please do not e-mail us your credit card information.)

If you are trying to use both your Gift Card and Credit Card to purchase tickets on our website make sure you select both “Gift Card” and “Credit Card” for your payment method.

Yes, we do! We’ve posted our menu on the website so you can see what we have to offer. We serve before, and during the show. Arrive early, get a good seat, have a terrific dinner, and see a hilarious show.

Depends on the popularity of the act. With Leno, it’s usually safe to book a couple weeks in advance, but sometimes it’s sold-out a month or two in advance. For other shows you may be able to purchase tickets the night of the show, but it is suggested to make a reservation as soon as you have a confirmed head count. Tickets for names (ie; Romano, Seinfeld, Iglesias…) should be purchased ASAP.

We have limited rooftop parking and we do hold spaces for the comics. It is first come, first served. Our parking lot opens up a few minutes before the doors open. Being a beach town it’s always a little difficult finding parking so please give your self some extra time.

No. You can print out your tickets at home or you can download your tickets to your phone and show them at the entrance. If you unable to print them or get them on your phone then, as you enter the club just show your valid picture ID and the credit card you used to purchase the tickets. The name on your reservations, ID, and credit card must match.

No. We currently do not have a Box Office. Tickets are required, so to enter the showroom everyone will need to present their tickets either on a phone or tickets that you have printed out. Or at the entrance you can show your valid picture ID and the credit card you used to purchase the tickets with. The name on your reservations, ID, and credit card must match.

All tickets are FINAL SALE which means absolutely no refunds or transfers. Please confirm with your party and make sure everyone can go before making a reservation.

We currently are not accepting passes. As we begin to add more days and dates we will begin accepting passes that expired during the pandemic. These passes were good for a Tue. Thru Thu. non-special event show

We are the one and only Comedy & Magic Club. We have been a part of the Hermosa Beach
community since 1978.

No, because outside beverages are not allowed in the show room. We do offer a wide selection
of wine and champagne that you may purchase from your server.

No. Jay is just a really great friend of the club and he loves performing in front of a ‘real’ audience
every week. Leno has absolutely no ownership of the club.

We do not offer any Open Mics at the club. To perform here you must already be a professional comedian.

in your living room, kitchen, garage (or any other room in your house).
